Not Exactly a Nature Walk....

Okay, so soccer practice and games are not exactly a nature walk, but they are conducted outdoors! So there's plenty of grass and trees to observe in the backgrounds of the photos!

So, here we have Benjamin at his first practice. It was sunny and warm outside - you'll notice the short sleeves and the absence of jackets. Ben's team is co-ed and I must say that the girls on this team are SO AWESOME! Alex and Christian sat in the grass enjoying some goldfish crackers and juice. As soon as the snacks were gone, the kids engaged in a "dandelion fight" with other team member's siblings. There were dandelions and grass flying everywhere...

Benjamin is team member #19 of The Wizards for Leawood Parks and Recreation. He had a good time at practice - got right in there and tried all of the different positions.
